Important: This is not a Hunter Education course or event registration.

Use this registration only if you have already completed Oregon Hunter Safety Education through ODFW and need a replacement hard card.

After you register, your request will be added to a processing queue. ODFW staff will verify your certification and mail a replacement card to the address listed in your VEM profile.

Most Oregon hunters do not need a replacement card. Digital proof of certification is available in your VEM profile, where you can view, download, print, and present a valid PDF certificate.

To access your certificate, login to VEM and navigate to Profile ➡️ My Certifications.

How to Complete this for Your Child

Click the profile dropdown at the top of your screen.
Click "View This Page As" and select the name of the person you are ordering the replacement hard card for.
From the this page, click "Register" and complete the checkout process.
