This comprehensive weekend-long course is designed for those looking to build a strong foundation in bowhunting. Whether you’re brand new to archery or want to refine your shooting and hunting techniques, this workshop will give you the skills and knowledge needed to pursue bowhunting successfully.
On Day 1, participants will learn about bow safety, equipment selection, and proper shooting form. Instructors will cover bow fitment, shot process, and sighting techniques, followed by hands-on practice to build consistency and accuracy.
On Day 2, the focus shifts to bowhunting-specific techniques. Participants will learn about hunting regulations, using rangefinders, shooting at angles, and shot placement. The class will move through a 3D archery course designed to simulate real hunting situations such as tree stand hunting, spot and stalk, and unknown-distance shots. The workshop wraps up with a final station on blood tracking to reinforce the importance of preparation before a hunt.
If you’re looking to develop your archery skills and gain real-world bowhunting experience, this is the perfect workshop to take your skills to the next level!
